Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Thank you for choosing to work with me! To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, please take note of the following booking policies: Booking Process: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. You can book your session through our website or by contacting me directly via email at katherine749@gmail.com. Before booking a service, I recommend scheduling a discovery call to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. To cancel or reschedule, please email katherine749@gmail.com as soon as possible. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify me via email. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will apply. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full session fee. Refunds: All payments for services are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation within the 24-hour window or a no-show, the applicable fees will be charged as outlined above. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods through our secure booking system. Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be provided if payment has already been made.
